It had all the usual design traits we would expect from the Oysterdate collection, including an older-style acrylic crystal, a modest 34mm Oyster case, a three-link Oyster bracelet, and a dial decorated with retro hour markers and dauphine hands.Mid 1950s – The dial design changed to the now standard layout with “Oyster Perpetual” printed together. 1956 – The reference 6564 was the first Oyster Perpetual Chronometer officially certified for superior precision. 1963 – The ladies 26mm Oyster Perpetual model was released.This is an extremely well preserved Rolex 18kt yellow gold Oysterdate Precision from the 1950's. This reference 6066 is a mid-size watch that measures 30mm in diameter.
